Onboarding is important for Joppers, during this time you will get familiar with important systems, explaining to you more about what to expect from us and what we expect from you. This way you can start working at one of our partners well and prepared. Furthermore, you will get a specific explanation about the onboarding at one of our partners. This is different for each partner.
Step by step, what needs to happen before I can start?
- You will receive an e-mail from Helloflex to create an account. Read more about this here: Activating Helloflex account
- Select and confirm - Laptop Pick-up & Onboarding dates!
- Schedule your Prep Meeting at Jopp’s office. The ‣ will reach out to you. What to expect during the Prep Meeting? Read that here: Prep Meeting
- Send us the Required documents for the contract so that we can create your contract.
- Sign your contract in Helloflex. Read more about this here: How can I sign my contract?
- Install the‣ App on your phone and join the Jopp Community.
