The vacation you’re taking will be processed in Helloflex. There are two options:

• If you have enough vacation hours (you can see this in Helloflex under 'Reservations') it is possible to take time off and get paid. The number of vacation hours you have available per week can be seen under 'Reservations'. Below you can see what that looks like.

• If you don’t have enough vacation hours yet, you can take time off, but you won’t get paid.

You still have to fill in your timecard while you’re on vacation. The hours can be filled in under ‘Holiday hours’. That looks like this:
